General Conditions for Returns
Products must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
To be eligible for a return, the Solar Eclipse Glasses must be unused, free from damage, and in the original packaging.
A valid proof of purchase, such as a receipt or purchase order, is required.
Damaged or Defective Products
If the product arrives damaged or is found to be defective, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving the product to initiate a return.
Items that are determined to be damaged or defective will be replaced at no additional cost to the customer or refunded in full.
If you receive a product different from what you ordered, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving the product to initiate a return.
We will arrange for the correct product to be shipped to you at no additional cost or provide a full refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
