-Cosmic Night Swimming at the Aquatic Center From 9 pm to 12 am, join the Aquatic Center for a teen and older swim night! The lights will be dimmed, and glowing bracelets and special lights will provide a fun atmosphere. It is for ages 13 and older, and costs $4 a person. For more information, call 208-612-8111.

-Farmers’ Market
Looking to buy some delicious, local food? Maybe buy some hand-made jewelry or art? Check out the Idaho Falls Farmers’ Market! The market is open 9 am to 1 pm, along Memorial Dr, in from the of Recreation Center.
-Duck Race
Come see the beautiful Snake River, and win some prizes while you enjoy the Duck Race festivities! Bet $5 per small plastic duck, and if your duck “races” across the finish line first, you can win a truck, among other wonderful prizes. The race begins in the early afternoon. Award-Winning country music stars Brothers Osborne, with opener Colt Ford, are playing at the scenic Sandy Downs Arena! -ECLIPSE TIMES
Totality begins at 11:33 am, and runs for 1 minute and 40 seconds. The eclipse begins to cover the sun around 10:15 am, and ends around 1 pm.
-Designated Viewing Spots
The City of Idaho Falls will have four locations that are considered “designated viewing locations.” These locations will have public restrooms, public parking, and plenty of wide open spaces with excellent sightlines for the eclipse!
Old Butte, Tautphaus Park, freeman park, community park -Golf Tournament

CAMPING
There is camping at Sandy Downs, South Tourist Park, and Idaho Falls Raceway at Noise Park. Camping is $100/night, with a 3 night minimum. All campsites are 20 feet x 60 feet.
